I use Adelphia, Verizon DSL, or other broadband / high speed Internet connection and I cannot get online. What do I do first before I call a technician?

Before contacting a technician you should try the following basic steps:
  • Reset your DSL / Cable Modem
  • Reset your Router
  • Restart your computer
