TechBowl is software designed to help individuals learn about the different areas of technology. With 1250 questions in 13 different tests, TechBowl provides an easy-to-use and efficient way to learn about technology.

Testing sessions are the primary feature of TechBowl. In testing sessions users can take tests and answer questions as individuals or against other people; up to three people can use a single test at once. During a testing session, TechBowl records the scores for each player and the scores for the different areas covered in the test. Each test has up to four areas affiliated with it to allow users to determine the topics they need to study and the ones in which they have a strong background. Testing sessions are configurable to mimic real tests and can be saved to a file to continue at a later time.

As users participate in testing sessions, their scores are recorded to a session log. The session log can be viewed by the TechBowl users to see the progress achieved by using TechBowl. Teachers and advisors can view session information for all TechBowl users, thus providing them with an easy way to monitor and evaluate the performance of TechBowl users.

TechBowl comes with several test utilities that allow tests to be printed, created, and modified. Tests can be printed as study guides or as actual tests for use in classrooms. With the test making and modifying utilities, TechBowl allows you to create and modify any test used with TechBowl. Users can create tests to emphasize topics not covered in the original TechBowl tests or to expand on topics included with the TechBowl tests.

For new users, TechBowl 4.0 and the Test Packet are sold together on CD for $55. For the Test Packet only on diskette (for those who already have TechBowl)the cost is $20.
