= Project COPE brochure. This document is has two pages and should be printed back to back in order to fold properly
into brochure style.

= Pre-course Worksheet used by each group that enters the course.
This worksheet is used to explain some of the basic rules and regulations on the course as
well as provide feedback to the staff as to what the participants are attempting to gain from
their experience.

= Hold Harmless Agreement that each non-Scouting group must complete prior to participation on the
COPE Course.
parthh.pdf (27 kb)
= Participant Hold Harmless Agreement that each individual participant (youth and adult) must sign
prior to participation on the COPE Course.

= Parental Informed Consent Form that must be filled out by each youth participant (under age 18)
prior to participation on the COPE Course.
